DELIVERIES
Delivery Period
All orders are dispatched on the day you place your order if you place it before 12pm Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class recorded because we know you want your goods ASAP. A signature will be required upon delivery.
The standard post option usually takes between 3-5 working days, if you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. At busy times like Christmas the postal system can take a little longer, so bear this in mind when selecting your delivery service.
Delivery Charges
Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery: £3.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery: £4.95
Europe: £10
International (Non UK, outside Europe): £15
Free Postage
We will dispatch your order via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery to any UK address free of charge subject to a minimum order value of £70, if your order value is less than £70 there will be a delivery charge.
Delays
If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.
Please note we cannot accept courier deliveries to the following postcodes.
IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 - Truro, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE - Shetland, KA – Ayrshire.
All courier orders to these postcodes will be amended to a delivery cost of £5. Please ensure you select the correct delivery option.
International Orders
Charges for goods being delivered outside the UK are as follows:
Europe: £10 1st item, £5 for subsequent items.
International (Non UK, outside Europe): £15, £7.50 for subsequent items.
Postage Carriers
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our UK deliveries and Royal Mail for International deliveries.
Receipt
All dispatched orders will require a signature when delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present to sign for the goods.
Redirection of Consignment Once Despatched, Failed Deliveries and Orders Cancelled Once Despatched: Any order returned to us due to failed deliveries where our couriers have attempted to deliver on two or more occasions and left contact cards, then received no reply from the customer, will be charged a flat rate of £5.00 restocking fee plus the original postage costs, whether the customers requests the order to be resent or cancelled. This also applies to orders cancelled once despatched.
We reserve the right to change the delivery prices without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure that delivery takes place within three working days on items that are currently in stock, we cannot guarantee any delivery times. In the event that we cannot deliver your order or a part of your order we will attempt to inform you within three working days.
