How to Order
All orders must be placed through the website. Please do not e-mail your card details to boardsportwarehouse.com, no responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.

Card Security
The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order using the strongest SSL Encryption available. It is imperative that you type in the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and billing address exactly as it appears on the statement. No card numbers are stored by boardsportwarehouse.com. Our Payment Service Provider, SecPay, handles all Credit Card transactions.

Card fraud is illegal and will lead to prosecution in all cases.

Out of Stocks
We only display products in sizes that we have in stock. If the item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address.

Pricing Policy
All products on boardsportwarehouse.com are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

Delivery Address
Delivery address can differ from the billing address, as long as the billing address is validated by your bank.

Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Protection 2000 regulations (Distance Selling) you have a 7 day cooling off period in which you can cancel without giving a reason. The 7 days start from when you receive the goods.

Faulty Goods
If goods are returned due to being faulty a full refund will be given, plus the cost of postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

Card Refunds
All refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase. Refunds are usually debited within three working days of the returned item but please allow one to two months for the credit to appear on your statement.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We strive to provide the very best service and make sure this site is working well and all information kept up-to-date. If you have any complaints or see anything that you know to be incorrect please email us so that we can correct it. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and inform you of how we will intend to resolve the dispute.
